A beautiful end of summer weekend; I did not think we would be spending any more time in the gazebo but am delighted to be proved wrong.
We inherited the responsibility of feeding a spayed feral tortoiseshell cat when our next-door neighbours moved close to three years ago. She will not let us get close enough to touch but she has learned our habits. She comes around for treats when she sees us out in the gazebo. I name this cocktail in honour of our four-season outdoor friend.
2 oz spiced rum
1 1/2 oz four season juice nectar
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
