Happy Canada Day! My challenge was to make a cocktail that did not need me to open any container that would require being added to our already overloaded fridge. I also had some very ripe strawberries to use up.
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz Hpnotiq liqueur
2 tablespoons finely strained fresh strawberry purée
Shake well over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add crushed ice. Sip and enjoy!
