North South martini


2 oz Ungava gin
1/2 oz French vermouth
2 dashes bitter lemon bitters
Garnish with pickled Mexican sour gherkins

DSB cinnamon martini


1 1/2 oz Dillon’s unfiltered gin
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz cinnamon-infused simple syrup
2 dashes Dillon’s DSB bitters

Shake well over ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
