Skoglander (October 28, 2012)

1 oz pear nectar
1 oz Laird’s Applejack
1/2 oz bourbon
1 heaping teaspoon Cointreau-soaked lingonberry jam

Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass (fine strain if you don’t like berry pips).

Created for Ian Skogland, who unfortunately was not here to taste it, but his wife said he would like it.


Rangpurita (October 21, 2012)

1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Rangpur gin
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, fine strained
1 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz simple syrup or to taste

Garnish with lime wheel.
