Plum Tuckered Out (October 7, 2011)

1 oz gin
1 oz plum-infused simple syrup
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, finely strained
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz creme de cassis

I had syrup left over after putting up some Italian plums. This is a great use for it.
