Gabarus Bakeapple Cocktail I (April 29, 2012)

The drink is an homage to Gabarus’s Scottish and French roots and my dad’s favourite berry.

1 oz blended scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz Rodrigues Cloudberry liqueur
3/4 oz vermouth
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
